At Luxuriluxe, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Our team will review the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty or hygiene-related products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about a particular product, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get exactly what you want is to return the unwanted item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the preferred product.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.
